[redacted] advised that [redacted] went to Port- land, Oregon the weekend of Thanksgiving, 1971. [redacted] ad- vised he believes [redacted] in Vancouver, British Columbia [redacted] Allegedly this transaction required a considerable amount of money.

On February 28, 1974, [redacted] [redacted] Everett, Washington, advised their records reflect that [redacted] was on duty as [redacted] in Everett on November 24, 1971.
