On 7/18/74, investigation at City Electric Supply Company, 2055 Orthodox Street, Philadelphia, Pa., in attempt to interview [REDACTED] revealed that [REDACTED] is employed by the above company. [REDACTED] Officials at City Electric advised that [REDACTED] is constantly on the street, hardly ever reports to the above address, and can most logically be contacted at his residence in New Jersey.
