A review of [redacted] Washington State driver's license reveals him to be a white male, height 5'9", weight 165 lbs., date of birth [redacted] full beard, moustache and receeding hairline. According to source [redacted] Yakima, Washington, [redacted] and as there is no other reason to suspect [redacted] of this crime other than he claims to be involved after he has been drinking, no further investigation will be conducted concerning him at this time.
