A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Investigation at Vancouver, Washington failed to locate WARD COOK INC., and that a review of the Vancouver Police files reflect the following information for suspect DAVID V. ALLING; he was booked for numerous arrests since 1959 through 1958, the majority of which were traffic violations. He gave his full name of DAVID VINCENT ALLING and furnished a birthdate of 11-10-1914 which would make him approaching 61 years of age. There was no photograph available in the files and all arrests were for minor traffic violations.
