Gentlemen:

Several months ago [REDACTED] California that your agency expressed appreciation of my comments concerning [REDACTED]

in the Los Angeles area. Actually, your agency should be appreciated, as all too often the damage has to be done before the victim is paid any attention. Your prompt action no doubt prevented many more people from losing money.

I do not really know that anything is wrong until something is very plain to see. That was the case with the above subject. I could only suspect because certain things did not seem right.

I am writing to you again now because I am not sure about something else.

In the area around Johnstown, Colorado there may be problems which have not been solved. If the victims have ever had any dealings with [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and any such connection can be established, he is now at St. George, Queensland, some 350 miles west of Brisbar. [REDACTED] in the irrigation district ther .

While I have other comments to make, the average observer woul be interested to notice that the above person is surprisingly active in church work, in Church of England, when prior to arriving at St. George he was a Lutheran. Naturally, the local people are very favorabl, impressed, as a result. I am sus. [guess: ious] of people who try to convey impressions, when I know better.

Yours very truly
