What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

SUBJECT: NORJAK OO: SEATTLE BUfile 164-2111
Re: [REDACTED b6/b7C]
---
It is noted that the parachute found by [REDACTED b6/b7C] is international orange and white, and that the four parachutes provided to UNSUB in this matter, three had entirely white canopies and one had a pink canopy. The one with the pink canopy was cut and used to hold the money.
In view of the fact that it is thought UNSUB para- chuted near the Washington/Oregon border and not near the Reno area, and in view of the fact that the parachute that [REDACTED b6/b7C] found was found near Reno, no further investigation concerning this aspect of the case will be conducted at this time.
