[REDACTED] was shown artist drawings of D. B. COOPER and [REDACTED] advised he did not think [REDACTED] looked much like the artist drawings. [REDACTED] pointed out that one extreme difference is that [REDACTED] has very little hair on top of his head and would be considered bald, whereas the artist drawing shows only a receding hairline with hair on top of the head. [REDACTED] also pointed out that the artist drawings indicate a dark complexion and [REDACTED] had a fairly light complexion. He also stated the facial features did not appear to be that much alike.

It is noted that both [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] provided descriptive information regarding [REDACTED] that differs greatly with known descriptive information regarding unknown subject in this matter. One extreme difference is the hair color and amount of hair. Another difference is in the complexion. Other differences are also noted as well as the fact that [REDACTED] did not feel [REDACTED] particularly resembled the artist drawings of unknown subject in this matter.

In view of the above information, no further investigation is being conducted to eliminate [REDACTED] as a suspect in captioned matter and no further leads are being set out unless deemed necessary by the case agent in captioned matter, after review of the information set forth in this communication.
