On 5/18/76, [REDACTED] viewed at [REDACTED] photo of [REDACTED] taken 11/4/69 [REDACTED] Kansas, and claimed this is the same individual he met while [REDACTED] and had talked of a plan to hijack an airplane.
At this time, no further investigation remains within Oklahoma City Division and this matter is considered RUC.
