AT OLYMPIA, WASHINGTON
On 6/14/76, [REDACTED b6/b7C] DMV, made available two driver's license photos of the suspect in this matter. One was taken on [REDACTED] and the earlier one on [REDACTED]. The 1972 driver's license showed [REDACTED] to be residing at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Renton, Washington.
The earlier license was obtained because it would more approximate the suspect at the time of the NORJAK.
