[REDACTED] according to the source, is a white male, currently wearing a beard, however, without the beard resembles the composite of unsub in this matter. In addition, [REDACTED] has had former parachute training. [REDACTED] is supposed to be well-known in the [REDACTED] area as being a con-man.
