On 11/3/76, [REDACTED] Clearfield, Utah, Police Department, telephonically contacted the Salt Lake City Headquarters Office and advised that an informant of his had advised him that he knew the whereabouts of D. B. COOPER, subject in the NORJAK case. [REDACTED] advised his informant only knew of subject as living in the [REDACTED] Utah, area under the name of [REDACTED] and was residing with [REDACTED]. The informant advised that the subject had bragged of his expertise in parachuting and gave an indication of being involved in the NORJAK case.

On 11/19/76, the residence of [REDACTED] was viewed at [REDACTED] Utah. In the driveway was parked a silver-colored Porsche bearing Utah license [REDACTED] registered to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Utah. Also in the driveway was a 1973 Triumph bearing Utah license [REDACTED] registered to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] same address.

Efforts to contact [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED] residence resulted in contact with [REDACTED] who advised that [REDACTED] were members of the Sea Gull Sport Parachute Club with headquarters at the Logan, Utah, City Airport. She advised that [REDACTED] travels extensively regarding activities of the Sea Gull Sport Club instructing and practicing parachute jumping in the United States and other countries.
