On 1/10/77, [REDACTED] San Jose, California, was interviewed.

He advised that he was representing an individual who was a creditor of a person named [REDACTED] who had recently filed for bankruptcy. He stated during the investigation to determine if [REDACTED] did, in fact, have any hidden funds, he came in contact with a party named [REDACTED] who was also a creditor in the bankruptcy case against [REDACTED].
