Re Seattle letter to Denver, dated 1/3/77.

[REDACTED] Attorney at Law, [REDACTED] Greeley, Colorado, was recontacted and advised that his former client absolutely refuses to be inter- viewed by FBI Agents unless his demands are met. He further advised that his former client, even if identified by Bureau Agents will refuse to cooperate. In view of this Denver is conducting no additional investigation un- less advised to the contrary by the office of origin.
