Federal Bureau of Investigation Director, Mr. Kelley Washington, D.C. 20535

Dear Sir

Jan2I/ I took theise photos up in the cascade Mountains in nov, or oct, 1976 with an 8mm super 8 nizo S56. at 24frames in my search of the elusive, bigfoot, this may sound far [guess: fetched] to your ears. but they exist I know.but that has no bearing on this photo. I was woundering could it be our Mr Cooper that High jacked the airplane a few years back and parachuted out but has been able to make it this far. I have no way of getting back up there to look s see. no jeep now. I have the Negatives. [guess: Ive] tried to Contact your Vancouver offices phone just keeps ringing no answer I thought it best to contact your main office.

an early reply would be appeaceated, Sincerely,
