A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re Memo of SA MANNING, 12/30/76
---
Contact has been maintained with [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Washington since date of memo. Last contact on 3/9/77.
[REDACTED] advised nothing new has developed re [REDACTED] except that recently he purchased a new pick up truck. However [REDACTED] did not like the truck and he returned it and got his money back. [REDACTED] advised she was able to determine that he secured the money for the truck from the Weyerhaeuser Credit Union and when the truck was returned did return the money to the credit union.
---
She again stated that [REDACTED] does exaggerate quite a bit and she feels that his original statements which precipitated opening a sub file re [REDACTED] could well have been figments of his imagination.
In view of completely negative information re [REDACTED] recommend sub file be closed.
