On March 28, 1977, [REDACTED] UAL, 20545 Center Ridge Road, Rocky River, Ohio, furnished Special Agent (SA) [REDACTED] one FBI applicant fingerprint card utilized by UAL to record the fingerprints of UAL employee [REDACTED]. These fingerprints were obtained by UAL at the time of [REDACTED] initial employment in [REDACTED]. This fingerprint card containing prints of [REDACTED] must be returned to UAL after being used in comparison of latent fingerprints in captioned matter with known prints of [REDACTED]
