A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

FBI 164-81, Vault Part 39 p. 420 (DB Cooper-15636), Memo, dated 3 May 1977, serial SE 164-81-7491 (as read from the transcript) — cooper.theunsolved.net/documents/Cooper-Part-39%3A420-420

SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) 5/3/77

SAC, SACRAMENTO (164-50)(P)

NORJAK OO: Seattle BUfile 164-2111

Reurlet to Sacramento, 4/22/77.

The All Points Bulletin (APB) placed by the Sacramento Division on 12/1/71 was a summary of instant matter to alert all local authorities to the circumstances of the case and to provide them with sufficient background to handle any local inquiry or suspects developed.

Inasmuch as all APBs are destroyed at the end of one year, Seattle should destroy its stop card.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
