RE: [REDACTED] (PHONETIC) VANCOUVER, WASHINGTON

---

On October 3, 1977, an anonymous telephone caller contacted the Vancouver Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. This caller inquired as to whether there was still a reward outstanding for D. B. COOPER. When informed that there possibly was, this individual then said [REDACTED] Vancouver, Washington". The caller then hung up.

Based on the above, it is suggested this matter be assigned to the Vancouver Resident Agent for appropriate investigation.
