Enclosed for Seattle is one copy of Legat, Ottawa, airtel to the Bureau dated 10/5/77 captioned above in which Buffalo is office of origin, with one copy of each of the enclosures received therewith, except the photographs of [REDACTED]
The enclosure from [REDACTED] dated 9/8/77 pages 4 and 5 makes reference to a hijacking that occurred 11/24/71 at Portland, Oregon, and a composite of a suspect received [REDACTED] from SA [REDACTED] of the Seattle Office. It appears [REDACTED] is a suspect in the Norjak investigation.
For any further information regarding [REDACTED] Seattle furnish Buffalo lead to handle.
