A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Dear Sir:
I have always been keenly interested in the infamous "D B Cooper" (Dan Cooper) caper, and, as a related item, I recall a government spokesman one time stating that some, or most, or all of the missing money was of a 1969 series and that, in his opinion, (I believe it was a Seattle based FBI man) not too much of the 20s of the 69 series was in circulation, etc. etc.
Well, on the following page are serial numbers of 20s [guess: that] [guess: handled] [guess: within] the past 30 days. They all seem [guess: to] [guess: be] in pretty good shape. All of [illegible] [illegible] in bank [guess: deposits] [illegible] past 30 days
In other words,

Those are the most recent ones I have [guess: cancelled] However, when I was [REDACTED] b6 in Vancouver, Washington b7C from 1971 to June 1977, and even in '76 and '77 I handled many, many 69 series 20 s.

It's no big deal I guess, just trying to be helpful. The point is, there seems to be plenty of 69 series 20s floating around, and the fact that I am only one little fish in the sea then you can see clearly that there must be many more circulating in various categories such as taxis, restaurants, bars, apt. houses, etc. On a related item to the "DB Cooper" caper, maybe you know already that there is (or was, not too long ago) an [REDACTED] in Portland, Ore. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] So, it could be someones twisted humor, some acquaintance of his, maybe
...over as a revenge motive to use his name during the caper??
Anyway, excuse me for being born but I have a very suspicious mind. For example, my name being [REDACTED] I once met a fellow [REDACTED] whose name was [REDACTED] Due to and based on the age differential I wondered if he could be my [REDACTED]? I never pursued it and so will probably never know for sure.
I'll leave you with this one: what is gray, has four legs and a trunk? [guess: You] say an elephant? No way. It's a mouse going on vacation!
Sincerely Yours, [REDACTED]
