Referenced communication indicated that [REDACTED], Washington, telephonically advised that he had rented a house to [REDACTED] whose name he couldn't recall but who had [REDACTED] by the name of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Based on information contained in the memorandum, Seattle was unable to determine if [REDACTED] is identical to [REDACTED] that have been processed and eliminated as suspects in this matter.
