On 11/14/78, [REDACTED] The Governor House Hotel, Olympia, Washington, home address [REDACTED] Yelm, Washington, telephone [REDACTED], advised that an individual who has been staying at the Governor House Hotel for the [REDACTED] by the name of [REDACTED] appeared to be very suspicious since he did not appear to have any employment and he was staying in his room during the days only going out at night time. [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] lists a home address of [REDACTED] Tumwater, Washington, which is only a few miles from the hotel again being very suspicious. He described [REDACTED] as a white male, age [REDACTED] 6'0" to 6'1" tall, 165 to 170 pounds, thin build, brown eyes, very long hair, but with a high forehead and a full beard.
[REDACTED] stated that he had seen the composite drawing of D. B. B. COOPER. He noted that [REDACTED] has been staying at this hotel [REDACTED]
