She met a man named [REDACTED] believed to be currently unemployed, [REDACTED] in the Swift area, who lives in a [REDACTED] five miles west of [REDACTED] Washington, approximately one and a half years ago. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] feels [REDACTED] resembles COOPER, unsub in this matter, but she could not give a physical description of [REDACTED] She added that he is very polite and mild-mannered.
