1. Records, this Headquarters indicate that you have not fully com- plied with the provisions of the Organized Reserve Corps Service Evaluation Program which requires submission of an ORC Qualification Questionnaire and accomplishment of a physical examination subsequent to 30 June 1950.
2. Request this Headquarters be advised as to the status of subject matter or your intentions regarding compliance with the provisions of the ORC Evaluation Program.
