1. Reference US Embassy Legal Attache Request for assistance (#164-23); dated 13 May 77.
2. On 9 Jun 77, SFC [REDACTED] ODCSOPS, HQ, USAREUR & 7th Army, was interviewed and denied any guilty knowledge of the hijacking of the aircraft in question. Attached are the Waiver Certificate and Statement of [REDACTED] CID Form 44, and one color and two black and white photographs of [REDACTED]
3. A check of [REDACTED] finance records at the US Army Central b6 per USCRC Finance and Accounting Office, APO NY 09403, to determine if he b7C took a leave in Nov 71, the month in which the aircraft was hi- jacked met with negative results. All leave records are retired after eighteen months, and would be on file at the US Army Finance Center, Ft Benjamin Harrison, IN.
