WFO investigation indicates a [redacted] date of birth [redacted] place of birth [redacted] may be identical to captioned UNSUB.
[redacted] is presently living in Washington, D. C. FAI records indicate [redacted] enlisted in the United States Army as a [redacted]. In 1944, he was commissioned [redacted] and after completing pilot training in [guess: 1945], [redacted] spent ten months overseas as a pilot. In February, [redacted] was discharged. [redacted] graduated from the [redacted].
[redacted] was arrested in California, and was sentenced to [redacted] [redacted].
[redacted] was again arrested [redacted] to the captioned hijacking in Sacramento, California, for arrest, [redacted] effectively vanished after his [redacted] and did not surface again until [redacted] when he was arrested for [redacted] Washington, D. C.
