What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

FROM: SAC, BUTTE (164A-26) (RUC)
SUBJECT: NORJAK OO: Seattle
Re Salt Lake City airtel to Butte, dated 10/30/80, and Salt Lake City airtel to Butte, dated 6/5/80.
Enclosed for the information of Salt Lake City are inserts covering investigation conducted by the Butte Division on 7/11/80 and 8/1/80.
Enclosed for the information of Seattle is one copy of referenced Salt Lake City airtel to Butte, dated 10/30/80.
Butte Division covered lead set forth in Salt Lake City airtel, dated 6/5/80, and RUC'd the investigation to Seattle on 9/3/80. Apparently the Butte Agent handling this matter did not believe it to be necessary for Salt Lake City to be advised of the results of investigation which RUC'd the matter to Seattle.
ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
