Attached to this communication are four artist's composites, two black and white and two color, depicting NORJAK Unsub, also known as D. B. Cooper, Dan Cooper.
Legat Ottawa is requested to contact [REDACTED] Alberta, Canada, and determine through [REDACTED] identity of [REDACTED] who is known to him. Develop background data, physical description, and using enclosed photos, determine if identical to Unsub.
