ReButel 11/11/81.

On 11/23/81, [REDACTED] Milwaukee, Wis., [REDACTED] telephonically contacted the Milwaukee Office and advised that a landlord that he is involved with regard- ing a [REDACTED] is a look-a-like for D. B. Cooper.

[REDACTED] stated he could not provide a description of this individual as he only saw him once about a month and one half ago. He did, however, state that he has thin hair and that his facial features are pretty much the same as Cooper. He gave this individual's name as [REDACTED] Milwaukee.

[REDACTED] stated that he saw [REDACTED] during an adverse examination taken of [REDACTED]

[REDACTED] described [REDACTED] as being eccentric. He bought the property he now has two years ago for cash, but now is on the verge of bankruptcy. He stated that it adds up that a person with his personality would not be able to accumulate a large amount of money on his own.

[REDACTED] stated that after the adverse examination, [REDACTED] acted just like Paul Newman would act. On the way down Wisconsin Avenue just after the exam, he kept looking back at [REDACTED] and grinning.

[REDACTED] stated that he would like more information regarding Cooper so he could check this out.
