While information in referenced teletype does appear nebulous due to the nature of this case, Chicago Division should obtain photo of [REDACTED]. Also obtain physical and background data through Illinois State Prison.

Note that [REDACTED] generally fits description of unknown subject. Bear in mind that unknown subject was described in 1971 as follows:
