On 1/6/82, records of the California Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (CLETS) disclosed a driver's license, number B2050929, for William Ivan Clemens, born 12/4/17, who as of 12/2/76 resided at 2452 Alto Cerro Circle, San Diego, California, the address referred to in referenced communication as belonging to William Clemens, [REDACTED] the Seattle Division [REDACTED] California, dated [REDACTED]
CLETS records further identified Clemens as a male, 6'1", 185 pounds, green eyes, brown hair. Records disclose that Clemens was deceased.
On the same date, San Diego indices, and records of San Diego Police Department and Sheriff's Department disclosed no arrest record for Clemens, no citations and no traffic convictions.
