A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re Detroit airtel to Portland, 8/12/80.
Enclosed for Portland are two copies of an FD-302 regarding interview of [REDACTED] four copies of a photograph of [REDACTED] two copies of a memo of SA [REDACTED] dated 9/25/81; and two copies of a memo of SA [REDACTED] dated 9/25/81.
It is noted that the photographs were obtained by SA [REDACTED] from GM-Hydromatic Plant at Willow Run and were taken in 1976.
Repeated contacts with [REDACTED] indicate [REDACTED] has never said any more about being "D.B. COOPER" since his first comments about one year ago.
All indications are that [REDACTED] is fully qualified in every aspect of parachute jumping, packing, etc.; however, since he is 6'2" tall while D.B. COOPER is described as only 5'10", any further leads are being left to the discretion of the OO.
