it is very important to my research also I have tried to get copies of the F.B.I. Reports and I would like to know [redacted] why after 12 years they wont release them. Isnt there laws that say after so many years the hijacker cannot be tried on the crime he [guess: com] did? Please note my change of Address and could you please send me A letter - letting me know that you have received my letter and answering my few questions!

Sincerely,
