Dear [REDACTED]

I have written a Freedom of Information Act letter concerning the 24 Nov. 1971 Highjacking of Northwest Flight #305 by a man calling himself D.B. Cooper. The files and records [guess: of] an interested [guess: would] be in three places. The first would be in Washington State at Seattle-Tacoma sence the hijacking started there. The second place would be at Portland Oregon where the plane landed with out the hijacker. The man jumped from the plane between Washington and Oregon. Lastly the third place would be the FBI in Washington D.C. they have seventy or eighty pages of News Reports and files of Documents on this [guess: R.] investigation [guess: I was] sent a copy of all the News Reports and they were lost in a recent fire and I would like to get a [guess: nother] copy
