A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

On February 15, 1984, [REDACTED] Seattle, Washington, was contacted and furnished information that a possible individual who could be D. B. COOPER, had dealt with his company in 1972, in regards to purchasing a lot in the Lewis County area. He described the lot as being [REDACTED] [REDACTED] in Lewis County. He stated that the lot had been sold to an individual who was a builder whose last name was [REDACTED] and that this particular person had another friend with him who was a pilot and who resembled the composite photograph of D.B. COOPER. He did describe this individual, however, as approximately 5'9", slender in build, and being in his mid 30's in 1972.
In view of the fact that this individual was in his mid 30's in 1972, he is not old enough to be the hijacker in this particular case, and no further investigation is being conducted.
