Re Seattle airtel to San Antonio, 6/27/84.
On 7/20/84, contact with [REDACTED] U.S. Postal Service, Marble Falls, Texas, disclosed that [REDACTED] who subscribes to [REDACTED] resident of this area who lives on a ranch about [REDACTED] miles [REDACTED] of the city. [REDACTED] stated she knows [REDACTED] and he is a [REDACTED] who appears to have [REDACTED] [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] Marble Falls Police Department advised he has answered a disturbance call involving [REDACTED] and at the time, [REDACTED] was in possession of a firearm. He verified that [REDACTED] appears to be [REDACTED] [REDACTED] in his actions. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] reviewed the composite drawings of D. B. COOPER, and both advised that [REDACTED] does not resemble the person shown in these drawings. They said [REDACTED] is over 6'0" tall and he weighs in excess of 200 pounds.
Efforts to locate [REDACTED] at his residence disclosed [REDACTED] ranch had been sold and he was living at another location. On 7/20/84, it was determined [REDACTED] had purchased 20 acres of land [REDACTED] of Marble Falls and he was living [REDACTED] was not at this location on this date, and it was determined the gates were chained and locked. [REDACTED] stated he would talk with
