A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re St. Louis airtel to Jackson, dated 8/29/84; and, Jackson airtel to the Bureau, dated 8/29/84.

Enclosed for the Seattle Division are the original and one copy each of FD-302s reflecting interviews of [REDACTED] b6 along with Agent's interview notes; a copy of referenced b7C St. Louis airtel to Jackson, dated 8/29/84; military records of [REDACTED] three color 8 by 10 photographs depicting [REDACTED] at the present, and one 5 by 7 black and white photograph depicting [REDACTED] as he appeared 10 to 15 years ago; one copy of a memorandum, dated 9/2/84, from SA [REDACTED] to SAC, Jackson.

While individuals working and having daily contact with [REDACTED] have positively identified an artist's conception drawing of UNSUB, it is difficult, due to extensive time frame between incident and this date, to positively ascertain if [REDACTED] is the UNSUB in this matter.

---

If warranted, additional investigation as to [REDACTED] background in the [REDACTED] and as to treatment [REDACTED] in late 1971 can be verified if necessary, but it is felt sufficient similarities exist to warrant contacting victims of said hijacking in order to attempt positive identification.

---

Efforts to identify or eliminate [REDACTED] as the UNSUB via fingerprint comparison have not been conclusive. While the Latent Fingerprint Section has compared [REDACTED] prints to those latents from NORJACK, it is unknown if the latents on file are those of the UNSUB of captioned matter.
