[REDACTED] voluntarily appeared in the Billings Resident Agency of the FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION and stated that [REDACTED] STILLWATER COUNTY SHERIFF and the Justice of the Peace of Stillwater County for a [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] then explained that on [REDACTED] while travelling from Columbus, Montana, to his residence located [REDACTED] Montana, he was [REDACTED] by the MONTANA HIGHWAY PATROL. [REDACTED] admitted that he [REDACTED] however, [REDACTED] was given a notice to appear in court at Columbus, Montana, on [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] stated that he did appear in court on the aforementioned date, and the Judge, (KOBER), asked him if he was guilty or not guilty.
[REDACTED] advised that he wanted to [REDACTED] however, Judge KOBER advised him he [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] stated that the Judge evidently felt he [REDACTED] [REDACTED] in the Stillwater County Jail. Inasmuch as he [REDACTED] Stillwater County Jail [REDACTED] .
[REDACTED] [REDACTED] advised that on some occasions, it was [REDACTED]
[REDACTED] stated that he feels [REDACTED] [REDACTED] by the Judge and the CARBON COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT.

After moving to Billings, Montana, he resided on [REDACTED] and then he moved to [REDACTED] in Billings. The [REDACTED] address was actually a [REDACTED] It was during this time that [REDACTED] approached [REDACTED] in regards to a [REDACTED]
