From : SAC, LAS VEGAS (164-60) (RUC)

Subject : NORJAK OO: Seattle BUfile 164-2111

Re Portland airtel to Las Vegas, 12/3/85 and telcall between SA[REDACTED] Reno Resident Agency (RA) and retired SA[REDACTED] in this matter.

Enclosed is a copy of RENO POLICE DEPARTMENT (RPD) Booking Form and Arrest Report concerning[REDACTED] [REDACTED] Warrant of Arrest from State of Louisiana, Affidavit from State of Louisiana and photocopy of photograph of [REDACTED]

According to physical data of D.B. COOPER and [REDACTED] it is doubtful that the two are one in the same persons. It does not appear that[REDACTED] is a viable suspect in the NORJAK Case. Retired SA[REDACTED] [REDACTED] concurs with this conclusion.
