A search of arrest records at the CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, Vancouver, Washington developed that [REDACTED] had been arrested on four separate occasions by the CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
Sheriff Office records show subject's name as [REDACTED] Height 5'9¼" and Weight 150 lbs., light brown hair and hazel eyes. His complexion is shown as fair and medium build.
