As a result of that broadcast, [REDACTED] of Portland, Oregon, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] telephonically advised she had information concerning this case. [REDACTED] stated Unsub is known by [REDACTED] (PH) and [REDACTED] advised Unsub lives in Portland and has had facial reconstruction. There is a secret passage way in his house that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] is familiar with because he has done [REDACTED] [REDACTED] on the house.
