After numerous attempts, [REDACTED] a white male, date of birth [REDACTED] was located at his residence, [REDACTED] Council Bluffs, Iowa, telephone number [REDACTED] on 10/25/89.
[REDACTED] advised that during the early 1960s he was an inmate in the MONTANA STATE PENITENTIARY, Deer Lodge, Montana, at which time the Deputy Warden was RUBIN LOUIE DWIGHT and that he [REDACTED] is quite confident that DWIGHT is identical to D. B. COOPER and he makes this assumption due to the fact that he has heard rumors that prior to DWIGHT's death he came into a great deal of money and opened a restaurant and lounge on Highway 10 on Lookout Mountain just prior to entering the state of Idaho.
