Subject: NORJAK OO: SEATTLE

ARMED AND DANGEROUS

Re [REDACTED] and Richmond airtel to Seattle dated 1/9/92.

[REDACTED] has been suggested as a suspect in this matter by [REDACTED]. There appears to be little information that would indicate [REDACTED] is involved in captioned crime other than a suspicion by [REDACTED] that he was capable of committing such a crime.

[REDACTED] is described as a White male, six feet four inches, brown hair, blue eyes, with a date of birth in [REDACTED]

In view of the fact that [REDACTED] would have been [REDACTED] years old at the time of the hijacking and is several inches taller than the UNSUB, no further investigation should be conducted concerning him.
