Enclosed for the Baltimore Division is one copy of referenced communication and one copy of a sheet titled "Can You Identify This Hijacker?," which also contains a summary of captioned crime.
[REDACTED] has been suggested as a suspect by [REDACTED] because he feels he strongly resembles the artist's composite of Unsub in this matter. [REDACTED] according to [REDACTED] is a Vietnam War Veteran, a Parachutist and a Pilot of small engine planes. In addition, around 1980 [REDACTED] obtained funds for two financial endeavors that could not, according to [REDACTED] be explained.
