Enclosed for the Seattle Division is one 1-A envelope containing a small sheet of paper with [REDACTED] name and address written on it and one original and one copy of an FD-302 regarding the interview of [REDACTED] Enclosed for the Portland Division is one copy of an FD-302 regarding the interview of [REDACTED]
For information of Seattle and Portland Divisions, on 11/29/92, [REDACTED] Rowlett, Texas [REDACTED] [REDACTED] telephonically contacted the Dallas Division and provided information he believed related to captioned matter.
On 1/6/93, Special Agent (SA) [REDACTED] contacted [REDACTED] at his residence at which time, [REDACTED] advised that he is employed by KANSAS CITY SOUTHERN RAILROAD in Greenville, Texas. Approximately six months ago [REDACTED] was loading a rail car at MARAZZI TILE (MT), in Dallas, Texas, when he met an individual named [REDACTED] was at MT loading a [REDACTED] when he and [REDACTED] began to converse. According to [REDACTED] during this conversation [REDACTED] told [REDACTED] that he had either [REDACTED] of land in St. Michoud, Oregon. [REDACTED] told [REDACTED] he had bought the land with money he received on an [REDACTED] [REDACTED]

As the conversation continued, [REDACTED] offered to sell [REDACTED] some of the land for [REDACTED] an acre. [REDACTED] said that his closest neighbor in Oregon was 100 miles away and that [REDACTED] and his wife would be excellent neighbors.
[REDACTED] advised [REDACTED] that he was a former Marine with 25 years of service and two tours in Vietnam. [REDACTED] also told [REDACTED] that while in the Marine Corps he had made 200 parachute jumps. [REDACTED] stated that while watching the FOX television network locally one night, he observed the show featuring D.B. COOPER and believe [REDACTED] and COOPER were very similar. [REDACTED] also thought it strange that a man [REDACTED]
Additionally, [REDACTED] thought [REDACTED] must have received a large settlement to afford all that land in Oregon.
