Based on date of birth of [REDACTED] would have been [REDACTED] years old at the time of the NORJAK hijacking. UNSUB, according to eye witnesses, was in his mid 40's during the hijacking. A photograph of [REDACTED] taken in 1964, shows an individual with a strong heavy set jaw which is quite noticeable. Eye witnesses did not indicate UNSUB had such a strong facial feature.

In view of these discrepancies, no further investigation will be conducted concerning [REDACTED] at this time.
