What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Results of Examinations:
Nineteen latent fingerprints of value were developed on Q65, a resume. No latent prints of value were developed on Q64, a hand printed memo.
Five latent fingerprints developed on Q65, have been identified as elimination fingerprints of [REDACTED] b6 b7C
The remaining currently reported latent fingerprints were compared with the submitted fingerprints of [REDACTED] b6 [REDACTED] without effecting an identification. Clearly and fully b7C recorded inked impressions of the entire tip, side and lower joint areas of the fingers of this individual are needed for a conclusive comparison.
The currently reported unidentified latent fingerprints, as well as the unidentified latent fingerprints and latent impression (fingerprint or palm print) previously reported in connection with this case, are not the fingerprints of DUANE LOREN WEBER, FBI #3552803. No palm prints are available here for this individual for comparison with the previously reported latent palm prints and latent impression.
