FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION

Date of transcription 02/11/99

On 2/08/1999 SA [REDACTED] and ECT [REDACTED] opened SE 164A-81- 1B20 for the purpose of viewing the currency evidence. It was noted that FD-192 originally stated that it contained "Approximately $5800 U.S. currency." This statement was apparently later deleted and the package was found to contain only pieces of several $20 bills. A review of the file referenced Portland returning the currency on 6/12/1986 (SE 164A- 81-8854).
