A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

What is the statue of limitations as far as Hi-Jacking an Airplane?
Is the fellow AKA DB Cooper still open to Prosecution for the Plane Hi-Jacking that occured Thanksgiving Evening 1971?
If an individual were to provide information or cause Mr Cooper's capture is there an outstanding Reward still availible?
If [REDACTED] the same individual I spent time with in Jackson County Jail located in Medford Oregon during the fall of [REDACTED] were to visit my home would I be guilty of anything as far at the law is concerned?
Thank You,
[REDACTED]
