Writer is of the opinion that [REDACTED] told a convincing story, with little or no hesitancy as questions were asked. In addition, [REDACTED] was quick to pick up on details that would or would not have placed him with Cooper. Writer believes [REDACTED] will submit to further questioning, but will not [REDACTED] [REDACTED] to Cooper. [REDACTED] has a disdain for law enforcement; however, writer believes [REDACTED] concern for the [REDACTED] may be a useful tool in getting further cooperation if Case Agent determines there is some merit to [REDACTED] story.
